Booking Confirmation

To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price is required. Once your deposit is received, your booking is officially confirmed. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks before your wedding day. We also offer flexible payment plans, allowing you to spread out the balance for added convenience if your booking is made early enough.

Travel and Accommodation

Travel within a 30 km radius of Swakopmund and Walvis Bay is included in each package. For locations beyond 100 km, additional travel fees may apply, and accommodation arrangements will need to be provided at the client’s expense.

DELIVER TIME/TURNOVER

We will deliver a little preview within 2 weeks after your wedding date. Your final wedding gallery will be delivered within 10-12 weeks following your wedding. If you’d like to receive your gallery sooner, you can ask for our fast-track editing option, with delivery within 4-6 weeks for an additional fee of N$3000.00

cancellation policy

In the event that your wedding is canceled, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate your new date, depending on availability.

Do you have a videographer?

Yes, we collaborate with a selection of trusted videographers. Based on who you feel most comfortable with, we’ll secure your date with your preferred videographer.

do you offer the raw images?

I don’t deliver raw or unedited images. Editing is a big part of my process — it’s where your story really comes together. Every image you receive is thoughtfully selected and edited to reflect the final look and feel of my work.

Can we meet before the session?

Yes, definitely. If you’re local, we can arrange to meet in person — I always enjoy connecting face-to-face before your big day.

Do you use Photoshop to change how we look?

I don’t alter body shapes or change how you look. My focus is on capturing you as you are. I do, however, remove small distractions or unwanted objects to keep your images clean and timeless.
